What’s for lunch at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission today? We started with a Rainbow Chopped Salad of Romain Hearts, Purple Cabbage, Mango, Asian Pear, Fugi Apple, Dried Sour Cherry, Walnut, Gorgonzola in a Shallot and Red Wine Vinaigrette. The main course was Salmon Filet w/ Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce, Roasted Asparagus Spears, and Rosemary Baby Potatoes. End notes are Mixed Berries in Lemon Curd w/ Ginger Snap. Not a morsel returned to the kitchen!
