Focaccia with Wild Mushrooms, Sauteed Red Onion and Rosemary, Olive Oil and Parmesan Cheese. Baked till toasty and cut into small wedges and/or squares, this appetizer was a big hit over the weekend. Lighter than a pizza but equally satisfying. Ruth snags a pan to have for dinner Sunday night!!
