Catering with Teatime Delicacies – Fruit and Fruits! Washington DC

What could be more refreshing than a summer Pineapple and Mango Salsa with White Corn Tortilla chips?  Prepared with hand diced pineapple, mango, papaya, jalapeno pepper, fresh garlic, scallion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and a splash of lime.  Served chilled over a bowl of ice and a basket of chips on the side, it has a crazy sweet spicy explosion of flavor that your guests cannot get enough of!

Fruit arrangements are one of Teatime Delicacies regular catered items.  We put it on all our buffets year round.  In our metropolitan area we can easily access fresh pineapple, honey dew melons, cantaloupes, papaya, berries any time of the year.  It’s festive, looks great on a buffet wedding reception, and guests can munch on the fruit throughout the party as it’s the last thing we take down.
