What’s New At Teatime Catering?
Marinated Roast Pepper Beef w/ Chipotle Cabernet Cream is one of our very favorite appetizers! Roast beef marinated in a cider vinager-soy sauce- garlic and pepper marinade coarsley chopped upon a toasted French bread round. It is then drizzled w/ a cream sauce made with sour cream, lime juice, chipotle chilis and Cabernet wine. It has a rockin’ kick, and we can’t put them out fast enough!
