“Ruth MacBean, pictured center, is the owner of Teatime Delicacies, Inc. Her staff is consistently complimented on their warmth,
style, and attention to detail. Whether they are behind the scenes in
the kitchen or on the floor serving, Teatime is there to make your most
special event memorable.”
I posted this in one of our very first blog entries EIGHT years ago.  And while I have a few more grey hairs and wrinkles, one thing remains true, Teatime has the best. staff. ever.
Teatime Delicacies, also known as Catering By Teatime has catered many events in the Washington DC metropolitan area.  I could not be more proud of my staff:

I could not operate without the dedication and hard working crew.  Being a caterer is a physically demanding job; often we are on our feet for 10+ hours without sitting down.  We lift and schlep a lot of equipment.  We set up in the rain, we break down in sub freezing temperatures.  We can be outside in a tent with no water or electricity.  We have to improvise.  Constantly.  Gio makes us all laugh.  Anita keeps us calm.  Kim never gets flustered. Terri is always ready for a new assignment. Ruth P makes sure there is another drink ready.  And Becky just fills in ALL the cracks when we are hopping at full speed.
Small note to husband Mike.  If I didn’t have full support of a husband who not only loads the van for each and every event, THEN stays up to unload the van at the end of the night…this catering company would not survive.www.weddingsinfairfax.com
Thank you all for being part of my team, some of you longer than others.  I literally could not do it without you.
