It’s official! The kick off for firing up your grill and having the first Bar-B-Que Party of the spring/summer season! (Full disclosure: here in Washington DC and Northern Virginia, spring seems to have once again lost her bearings. Three days ago it was 90 degrees, and yesterday it never got above 55.) But today is glorious and the weather is supposed to ROCK for the weekend, so an outdoor menu sounds perfect. Nothing says summer like firing up the grill and dining al fresco. Invite the neighbors, invite your workmates, invite the family – Memorial Day is HERE! Sounds like a party!
