Ceremony under Maple Tree at Hendry House, Arlington VA
Celebrating several of Teatime Delicacies, Inc. most recent autumn catered events in the Washington DC and Northern Virginia community, the above photo was on a spectacular October Saturday at the Hendry House in north Arlington, VA http://parks.arlingtonva.us/locations/hendry-house/ The ceremony took place beneath this majestic tree exploding with fall colors. It was one of the last fall afternoons before the local weather took a turn for the Arctic!

After the ceremony the guests enjoyed a variety of appetizers with their drinks, the above Assorted Domestic and Imported Cheeses with Crackers. Hendry House is located in a lovely park setting, and the venue itself is perfect for a smaller sized wedding reception.

A perfect wedding size for the venue is with a guest count of between 50-75. With beautiful hardwood floors and multiple windows, it’s a cozy setting for an intimate reception.

Another local venue we provided catering for was a Fairfax City Virginia locale, the Sherwood Community Center www.fairfaxva.gov/parksrec or www.weddingsinfairfax.com Conveniently located, this venue has a large ballroom that can be divided into two spaces or used as one combined space.

It’s been another successful wedding season, 2014 has been full of surprises, gifts, and friends.
