Thai Spiced Pizzettas!  3″ rounds of  pre cooked crust, caramelized red onions, diced grilled chicken breast with Thai hot pepper sauce, diced fresh tomato, cilantro and topped with Monterey Jack cheese.  Pop these in the oven for 10 minutes and you are good to go.  And so, sooo very yummy!  Quick tip for the crust, use frozen roll dough thawed out, roll into flat base and cook till just firm.
