Teatime Delicacies, Inc. no doubt caters a LOT of tea parties! Yesterday we catered a “Staff Appreciation” event at a law firm in Washington DC. The sun filled cafe had tables set up and the Tea Menu described inside each of these invitations:

Russian Teacakes, also known as Mexican Wedding Cakes, are small butter cookies rolled in powdered sugar. This is one of the very first things Ruth learned how to bake as a child.
Similar in texture to a butter shortbread.

| Citrus Punch |
Citrus Fruit Punch and Assorted Teas including Regular and Herbal Teas. Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Mint, Camomile to name a few of the varieties offered. We provide a large urn of hot water and guests can select the tea they desire. Our citrus punch is a blend of orange juice, apple juice, pineapple juice and a splash of ginger ale.
Teatime was the name I chose for the business over 30 years ago not because I wanted to run a tea party business. I liked the rabbit! I love everything about Alice In Wonderland, and at the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, the March Hare declares, “It’s Always Teatime”.
