How adorable is this couple?!

Congratulations to Tiffany and Justin!  They held their wedding reception at River Farms in Alexandria VA, par of the American Horticultural Society www.ahs.org

The above photo was a light catered lunch served atop the parlor piano for immediate family members while they did numerous photo sessions. The view from this room had a stunning bay window overlooking the Potomac River, just minutes from George Washington’s Mount Vernon.

Later into the afternoon the remaining guests arrived and were seated inside a heated tent on the side patio.  It was a lovely spring day for Washington DC, but with temperatures hovering in the 50’s, the heaters were welcome.  A favor for each guest was a navy blue fleece throw tied to the back of each chair.

The bride and groom selected a satin ribbon cake using navy ribbon, and the cake topper was a crystal replica of the Mormon Temple.  The wedding cake was served with an ice cream station provided by Stone Cold Creamery.
