Recently Teatime catered a reception for an annual reunion of former judicial circuit law clerks at the Dolley Madison House in Washington DC, next door to the White House! Their heavy appetizer menu featured our Antipasti Platter that includes Hot Calabrese, Pepper Salame, Hot Capocollo, Fresh Mozzarella Balls, Assorted Green and Calamata Olives, Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Marinated Artichoke Hears, and Quartered Hard Boiled Eggs. Our menu also included Marinated Sesame Flank Steak on Skewers; Grilled Indonesian Chicken on Bamboo Skewers w/ Peanut Dipping Sauce; Baked Artichoke, Spinach and Parmesan Spread; Assorted Domestic and Imported Cheeses and Crackers; Silver Dollar Crab Cakes w/ Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce; and our special Apple Wood Sugar Spiced Smoked Salmon Fillet with Water Crackers. For sweet treats there were assorted Brownie Bites and Chocolate Truffles. This is a perfect menu for 140 guests where there is limited seating.
