Great food and drink is our specialty, it is also about hospitality. Webster’s dictionary defines hospitality as “the act, practice, or quality of being hospitable; of being friendly and generous entertainment of guests.” And Catering Hospitality adds marvelous food.

When I sit down with a client for an initial meeting, I want you to be comfortable. I want you to decide if we are a good fit. If you are recently engaged, tell me about that. Where are your families from? How did you meet? Are there food allergies in the immediate wedding party or family? What types of things do you like to eat when you go out to restaurants?
