Saturday day night Hurricane Irene slammed the East Coast. We catered a wedding reception at the Thomas Birkby House in Leesburg VA, www.birkbyhouse.com and were spared the wild wind and rains, but there was still enough of the storm to keep everyone on their toes! This adorable flower girl sums it up with an expression of “OMG there’s a hurricane in that tent!”
