Corned Beef and Cabbage

Traditional St. Patrick’s Day buffet last night featuring Corned Beef and Cabbage, Parslied Buttered Potatoes, Irish Soda Bread w/ Caraway and Golden Raisins, Ruth’s House Salad, Fruit and Butter Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting and Silly Green Sprinkles!! It’s amazing how much people enjoy Corned Beef; I think it’s because they rarely prepare it for themselves at home, and it really is only sold in local markets this time a year. I’m glad I made extra to save for my family!
