Vegetarian Catering Option

Teatime gets many requests for menu items involving dietary restrictions.  The above photo is our Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus with Toasted Whole Wheat Pita Crisps.  Not only is this a vegetarian option, it is also a vegan option as it contains no animal or dairy ingrediants.  If you substituted the Pita Crisps with Fresh Vegetables, the menu option is now not only vegetarian and vegan, it is also gluten free. 
Teatime will attempt to work with many of your dietary challenges.  If there is a nut alergy, we can set aside a portion of Ruth’s House Salad without the pecans.  We can grill a simple chicken breast without the Indonesian marinade in our Grilled Indonesian Chicken on Bamboo Skewers with Peanut Dipping Sauce.
Our Jambalaya works beautifully for a gluten free menu entree.  Recently we created a Roasted Butternut Squash and Corn Chowder for appetizer shooters using a soy based cream for someone who had a dairy allergy.  It also satisfied the vegetarian, vegan, gluten free requirements as well!
This is one of the first questions we will ask you when putting together a menu:  are there any allergies that you know of in your immediate wedding party?  Teatime wants all of your guesets to enjoy the wedding feast!
