This is one short and sweet blog post for the most delicious birthday cake you could ever put in your mouth.  It could be an anniversary cake, a wedding cake, a baptism cake, a shower cake.  Or just cake for no reason except you have to have some cake!!

For my pal Chip, his surprise birthday party for his lovely bride.  Ruth’s Yellow Butter Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and Fresh Strawberry Filling and topping.  Seas parted and planets spun.  That was some damn fine cake.
