Catering by Teatime recently spent a lovely September Saturday at the Ida Lee Park and Recreation Center in Leesburg VA http://www.leesburgva.gov/government/departments/parks-recreation/ida-lee-park-recreation center 
Located in a beautiful park setting near historic Leesburg and Loudoun County, the largest meeting space is 3,000 square feet and can be used for a theater-style meeting as well as a wedding reception.  The room provides a private entrance and arbor as well as a gazebo.

 The cocktail hour started out with Assorted Domestic and Imported Cheeses and Crackers featuring a Wedge of Brie and a Cranberry-Walnut-Raspberry Topping.

Other appetizers included Silver Dollar Crab Cakes with a Roasted Red Bell Pepper sauce, as well as Quesadilla Wedges with Salsa, both as passed appetizers

 Our Buffet Menu featured Ruth’s House Salad; Grilled Garlic Lime Chicken on Bamboo Skewers; Garlic Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes; Carved Steamship Round of Beef; Bow Tie Pasta Salad with Fresh Dill-Feta Cheese-Sun Dried Tomato and Snow Peas; Fresh Fruit Arrangement; Fresh Bread and Rolls Basket.
And of course, one of Ruth’s Wedding Cakes.
