Winter Wedding Cakes
Winter Wedding Cakes
A winter wedding reception in Washington DC can be a gamble. We hand dipped and sugared fresh cranberries for a fantastic holiday accent. Ruth’s Satin Ribbon Cake with purple ribbon and fresh flowers was served at a wedding reception held at Old Town Hall in Fairfax City, VA http://www.fairfaxva.gov/government/parks-recreation/reservations/rental-venues/old-town-hall

And if that isn’t enough chocolate fun, here is another, Brownie Wedding Cake with multiple flavors of bite sized confections. Narmada Winery in Amissville, VA http://www.narmadawinery.com
Absolutely the most unusual and creative design is at a reception we catered in September. The design is called “Two Faced” with the white buttercream frosting “pealed” back to reveal a glorious decadent chocolate confection.
Dead of Summer. Washington DC is hot and humid. Where do you want to be in the middle of an August afternoon? Top of the Town of course! And what screams cool and smooth? Lots and Lots of White Chocolate!http://www.topofthetown.com
